I’ve forgotten my username
- Check your emails and see if you can find an email from Fencepost entitled ‘Welcome to Fencepost’. This will contain your original username and password.
- If you changed your username at first login or cannot find the email, call your local Supplier Services Team on 0800 65 65 68 and they will be able to help.
I’ve forgotten my password
Ensure the CAPS lock is not on.
Ensure you have entered the correct number of characters.
- Click the ‘Forgotten password’ link on the Fencepost Farmer Login tile on Fonterra.com.
- Follow the prompts you see onscreen.
I need access to Fencepost
Supplier:
Call your local Supplier Services Team on 0800 65 65 68, quote your party and supplier number and ask for a Fencepost account. The team can create your Fencepost account immediately and an email will be sent to you notifying you of your username and password so you can log in straight away.
Farm staff, Family or Rural Professional:
Registration for Third Parties (farm staff, rural professionals, etc) is given by invitation from the owner/shareholder of the farm(s). The invitation is made via ‘Manage Access – Invite New Person’ on Fencepost.
If you are a Third Party, contact the owner/shareholder and request an invitation (they can do this via the Manage Access function in Fencepost). The request is sent to our Supplier Services team who will contact you for further details. Please allow three days for processing. Once completed, an email will be sent to you notifying you of your Fencepost username and password.

Call our Supplier Services Team on 0800 65 65 68 explaining what your relationship is to our Fonterra suppliers, and they will step you through the process you need to follow.
