MAINLAND is better known for its range of cheeses but lately our Australian marketing team has been cooking up a storm with the new Butter Infusions.
MAINLAND Butter Infusions is a range of flavoured butter sticks infused with herbs and spices that can be used in stir-frying, sautéing, pan-frying or to add flavour to steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
They come in Rosemary and Garlic, Pepper and Mixed Herbs, Hot Chilli and Garlic, Crushed Garlic, Coriander Ginger and Lime, and Sun Ripened Tomato and Basil.
