Our NZMP Colby is a semi-hard, washed curd, rindless cheese.
It has a mild, bland flavour and smooth, plastic body and is valued for its uniformity and consistency.
Excellent for cutting into smaller retail units, our colby retains good block shape and cuts with minimum fracturing. It has an appealing, uniform creamy colour and a smooth plastic body.
