We have been busy gearing up for the second year of sponsorship with the Fijian Drua Super Rugby team. Anchor is once again fuelling the women's and men's Druga rugby teams and supporting the wider Fijian community.
The sponsorship builds on the strong relationship Anchor has built with the Fijian community over the last 40 years.
Whether it's milk, butter, or cheese, Anchor has been the loved brand Fijian families have been enjoying for generations.
To help support the next generation and continue to inspire and keep youth interested in sport, Anchor and Drua will be attending selected schools across Fiji to educate children on the importance of nutrition, leadership and the hard work and focus required to become a professional athlete.
Last year, hundreds of Fijian kids across 13 schools got the chance to meet and hear from the Drua players who lead these discussions and they will do it again this year. These events are always well received with kids leaving feeling inspired and in awe of their heroes, along with full tummies from nutritious Anchor products.
