Fonterra Malaysia’s Third Triumph at the HR Asia Awards
Fonterra Malaysia wins the HR Asia Awards Best Companies to Work for in Asia (Malaysia) for the third time alongside 65 other winners and clinches maiden win for the Most Caring Company award amongst 21 others.
Fonterra Malaysia was recognized once again at the HR Asia Awards, earning its third consecutive title as one of Asia's Best Companies to Work For in the Malaysia category. This year, it was also crowned as one of the recipients of the Most Caring Company title, alongside 21 other organizations across Malaysia.
The HR Asia Awards stand out for their employee-driven evaluation process, with 70% of the assessment based on team feedback and the remaining 30% from a comprehensive audit.
